The Perfect Weekend

This past weekend Tuesday Night Dinner Club flew across the country to see Randy & Mermaid get married. We packed our bags, flew five hours and drove two hours up a mountain to witness two of our best friends become husband and wife. Weddings are fun and special, but it is even better when the two people getting married are your closest friends. Tuesday Night Dinner Club was started to make sure friends stay close post-grad. I think Dinner Club has achieved that goal because during the reading of the vows I saw a happy tear in all of our eyes.

We danced the night away in the Rocky Mountains. It was a night and weekend we will never forget. Getting together with a group of you friends to celebrate the happiest day of someones life is a moment that we will replay in our minds for years to come.

It was a weekend that you never wanted to end. My cheeks are sore from the endless smiling and laughing. We made memories that will last a lifetime.

The blog is still here and will be back bringing you delicious recipes in the weeks to come. Randy is now a married man. We wish the newlyweds a lifetime of love & happiness.
